How it works

Use balance for credit. Keep lifetime progress for status.

Redeeming Seeds lowers only your available Seed balance. Your lifetime Seeds earned remain in place, so your membership tier does not drop when you exchange Seeds for store credit.

Earn Seeds on the portion of each eligible order that you actually pay. Any amount covered by Store Credit does not earn Seeds again.

Tier status is calculated from lifetime Seeds earned, not from your current redeemable balance.

Store Credit Redemption

100 Seeds = USD 1.00

Go to your customer account and enter the number of Seeds you want to redeem. The system checks your available balance and your tier's single redemption limit before creating store credit. Future Seeds are calculated from the real paid amount after Store Credit is applied.

How to use Store Credit

Redeem Seeds, then apply credit at checkout.

Use the same signed-in customer account from Seed balance check to checkout. Store Credit is applied in the payment step, separate from discount codes.

Step 1

Check your available Seeds

After signing in, look at the leaf icon in the top navigation. This number is your available Seed balance for redemption.

Step 2

Open Manage My Rewards

Click your account avatar, then choose Manage My Rewards from the account menu.

Redeem Seeds into Store Credit

Enter the Seeds you want to redeem, or choose a preset amount. The page shows the credit value before you submit, for example 500 Seeds becomes USD 5.00 Store Credit.

Step 4

Apply Store Credit at checkout

At checkout, keep the same customer account signed in. In Payment, tick Apply store credit; Shopify subtracts it from Total due automatically.

Redeeming Seeds only lowers your available Seed balance. It does not reduce lifetime Seeds used for tier progress. Store Credit redeemed at checkout does not earn a second round of Seeds.

Program Notes

Designed for long-term members.

The rewards page in your customer account shows your current Seed balance, lifetime Seeds earned, tier, next tier progress, and redemption controls.

Lifetime Seeds decide your level

Your membership level is calculated from total historical Seeds earned. Redeeming store credit does not reset your progress.

Available Seeds decide redemption

Your Seed balance is the amount available to redeem. Store credit exchange only deducts from this balance.

Prestige, Royal, and Sovereign members may receive email-only exclusive offers up to 50% off.

Member pricing starts at Royal

Royal members receive permanent 10% off member pricing. Sovereign members receive permanent 15% off member pricing.
