🏮 SEASONAL NOTICE: 2026 Lunar New Year (Jan 25 – Feb 25) Please note that during the Lunar New Year period, our artisan workshops take a break to celebrate tradition. Orders placed during this time may have an extended processing time of up to 30 days. We have a compensation plan in place! Processing Time (Standard processing applies outside of the LNY holiday period)

Non-Customized Items: Orders for our standard handmade products are processed and shipped within 5 business days.

Customized Products: Orders for customized or personalized items are processed and shipped within 30 days.
Shipping Time After your order has been shipped, you can expect to receive your package within the following time frames:

Standard Shipping (Free): 3–20 business days worldwide

Expedited Shipping (Optional): 2–14 business days worldwide

Express Shipping (Optional): 2–7 business days worldwide
If you would like to receive your order faster, you can select our Expedited or Express Shipping services at checkout for an additional fee.
Remote Area Surcharge For certain extremely remote locations, additional shipping fees may apply. We will contact you before processing your order if this is the case.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, so you can monitor your delivery status at any time.
