Send clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue. For protected transit damage claims, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Protected orders may be eligible for a refund when tracking shows carrier-confirmed loss, 90-day non-delivery, eligible customs hold loss, final non-delivery, or approved transit damage.
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, with tags, in original packaging, and supported by proof of purchase.
Return flow
Contact support@yunicrafts.com with your order number, the item name, and a short note about the issue or return reason.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If approved, we will send the return label and instructions.
Returns may be directed to 2476 New Ave, Rosemead, CA 91770, USA, or to another address provided by our support team.
After the return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved, declined, or if another resolution is better suited.
Refund standard
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your approved refund and it still has not arrived, contact us at support@yunicrafts.com.
Optional protection
Worry-Free Purchase applies only when it is turned on before checkout and appears on your order. It is designed for eligible shipping-related problems after the package leaves our warehouse.
If tracking does not show delivery within 90 calendar days from the shipment date, affected protected items may be eligible for a full refund.
If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, affected protected items may be eligible for a full refund after review.
If an unexpected customs hold causes confirmed loss or final non-delivery, and no address change or reroute was requested after shipment, affected protected items may be eligible.
Damage claims are reviewed based on evidence and severity. Depending on the case, the resolution may be a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Important limits
Eligible returns must be unused or unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and supported by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable categories may include custom or personalized products, personal care goods, perishable goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. Contact us if you are unsure about your specific item.
Claims may be declined or reduced if the issue was caused by an incorrect original shipping address, customer-requested reroute or forwarding after shipment, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, unpaid duties or taxes, missing customs information, import restrictions, normal product variation, minor outer-box damage that does not affect the item, or suspected fraud or abuse.
The fastest way to get another item is to return the item you have, wait for return acceptance, then place a separate order for the new piece.
