Worry-Free Purchase

Worry-Free Purchase is an optional add-on service that helps you get a full refund if your protected order does not arrive as described, including eligible loss or damage in transit.

90-Day Non-Delivery

If a protected order has not been delivered within 90 calendar days from the shipment date, it is eligible for a full refund of the affected protected items.

Lost Package

If the carrier confirms that a protected package is lost, we provide a full refund for the affected protected items.

Eligible Customs Hold

If an unexpected customs hold causes loss or final non-delivery and the address was not changed after shipment, the affected protected items are eligible for a full refund.

Transit Damage

If a protected item arrives damaged in transit and the claim is approved, the affected item is eligible for a refund based on the evidence provided.

What Worry-Free Purchase Covers

Worry-Free Purchase applies only when it is turned on in your cart before checkout and appears on your order. It covers eligible shipping-related issues that happen after the package leaves our warehouse and before the order is successfully delivered as described.

  • Not delivered after 90 days: if tracking does not show delivery within 90 calendar days from the shipment date, the protected items in that shipment are eligible for a full refund.
  • Carrier-confirmed loss: if the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, the protected items in the affected shipment are eligible for a full refund.
  • Eligible customs hold loss or non-delivery: if the package has shipped, you have not requested an address change, reroute, forwarding, or delivery-location change after shipment, and an unexpected customs hold or customs detention causes confirmed loss or final non-delivery, the protected items in the affected shipment are eligible for a full refund. Customs processing delays alone are not considered a claim until the package is confirmed lost, finally not deliverable, or the 90-day non-delivery period has passed.
  • Damaged in transit: if an item arrives damaged due to shipping, refund eligibility is assessed according to the severity of the damage and the evidence provided.

Refund Standard

For approved lost-package, 90-day non-delivery, and eligible customs hold loss or non-delivery claims, a full refund means the paid value of the affected protected items after discounts. The Worry-Free Purchase fee itself is not included in the refund amount.

For approved damage claims, the refund is proportional to the condition of the item. When an item is unusable or cannot be reasonably repaired because of transit damage, we may treat it as a full-refund damage claim.

Depending on the case, the resolution may be provided as a refund, replacement, or store credit. We will confirm the available resolution after reviewing the claim.

How to File a Claim

Please contact us at support@yunicrafts.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.

  • For non-delivery, contact us after the 90th calendar day from the shipment date if tracking still does not show delivery.
  • For a carrier-confirmed lost package, contact us as soon as the carrier confirms the loss.
  • For an eligible customs hold that results in loss or final non-delivery, contact us once the carrier or tracking information shows the package is lost, returned unsuccessfully, abandoned by the carrier, or otherwise not deliverable.
  • For damaged items, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

What We May Ask For

  • Your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  • Tracking information or carrier communication, if available.
  • For customs-related claims: tracking records, carrier updates, customs notices, or other documents showing the hold, loss, return failure, or final non-delivery status.
  • For damage claims: clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
  • Any additional details needed to verify the shipping issue.

Review Time

Most claims are reviewed within 3-7 business days after we receive the required information. Complex cases, carrier investigations, customs inquiries, or incomplete evidence may require additional time.

Important Limits

Worry-Free Purchase does not cover every delivery problem. Claims may be declined or reduced if the issue was caused by an incorrect original shipping address, a customer-requested address change or reroute after shipment, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, customer-arranged forwarding, unpaid duties or taxes, failure to provide required customs information, product import restrictions, normal product variation, minor outer-box damage that does not affect the item, or suspected fraud or abuse.

Customs delays by themselves are not automatically covered. However, when there was no address change or reroute requested after shipment and an unexpected customs hold causes confirmed loss or final non-delivery, the affected protected items are eligible for a full refund under this policy.

Worry-Free Purchase is optional. If it is turned off before checkout or does not appear on the order, the order is not covered by this service.
