The Story: Summoning the Waves
Rain on the roof, or waves on the shore? "The Indigo Rain" sits somewhere between the two — a piece made to be heard as much as seen.
The large handle ring is hand-wrapped in blue and white tie-dye fabric, inspired by the sea and sky. Suspended from it are multiple strands of hollow, dried fruit shells. When gently shaken by hand, they collide to create a deep, immersive, water-like rushing sound. Hung in a room or on a porch, it brings a cool, coastal calm to the space.
